The prophecy
Told of a young boy
Who’d grow to be
A hero at 18
He doesn’t know about his past and how he got here
But his parents are here to tell him

Son, we have something to say
It’s about where you were born and where came fromon another Planet in a far off galaxy
Your parents left you here to keep our planet safe from
Destruction
From the evil
Elder Race
Don’t run away
You must save
The human race

We have something that your parents left you
A wooden box engraved with a symbol
They said to give this to you when you turned 18
We are sorry we never came clean
About your past and what this must mean
His hands shook in anticipation as the box opened
And a message began to play
It shared the story of his people
And how they sent him to Earth to protect their world

A legacy
Shrouded in mystery
A power bestowed upon him by sorcery
A divination from prophets tells of tragedy
The enemy slaughtering relentlessly
Desperation a sacrificial ending
Destiny calls to fulfill the prophecy

They are here to destroy
Everything on this planet
So they can have it
For themselves
For resources to create
A weapon to destroy
Worlds with life

The safety of this planet lies in the hands of the hero
He’s the only one who can defeat the leader of the

Elder Race and save this planet from total destruction
The elder and his army tried to advance
but the hero stood in his way and said
You will not take this planet or the citizens that walk this world
